Field note /
Tax calculations were merged before the filing outputs were ready
Filing Harbor replaced a blanket blocker on one kind of return with year-specific calculations, and kept the blocks for missing evidence and PDF export.
How the finding changed
Belief
Returns that depend on an age-based deduction had to stay wholly unsupported until every calculation and export path was complete.
Evidence
Merged Filing Harbor work now computes the reviewed deductions as separate, year-specific calculations for several tax years.
Contradiction
Working arithmetic alone cannot justify calling a return complete. Several eligibility answers may still be missing, and the official PDF field map has no reviewed fields for this case.
Correction
Replace the broad blocker with year-specific calculations and optional eligibility facts. Keep gates for missing evidence and PDF-field review. Do not invent PDF field names or turn an unknown answer into a favorable default.
Current claim boundary
The calculations and a related capture feature are merged source. Full Jenkins release acceptance is not established. Reviewed PDF fields and some later-year support remain blocked. A merged feature is no proof the app is ready for filing, and Filing Harbor is not for filing.
Evidence
A public-safe summary of reviewed Filing Harbor source and its acceptance limits. The application repository is access-controlled. No private lab notes, taxpayer data or Jenkins receipts are published as evidence.
