Background
I've worked as a software engineer for more than 15 years, mostly on backend services, enterprise integrations and databases in .NET and C#. That includes financial-services systems that handle more than $10M in payments a day.
Recent work
Lately I've been building AI applications and the tooling around them. For one client I built an assistant in Microsoft Teams, using Azure OpenAI and Semantic Kernel, that gathers material for customer briefs. The team reported the task going from more than three hours to fifteen minutes or less. Case study
